Improved Origin to Selected Add-on for Blender

Little backstory

Origin to Selected is an old add-on for Blender made by Ghislain Jeanneau and Arindam Mondal.

Originated from Blenderartists forum back in 2011 where it was shared (link below).

Unfortunately the links to the add-on haven't worked for a long time.

It was also outdated and it didn't work with Grease Pencil.

But this has now been fixed!

This add-on now supports Mesh, Curves, Armatures and Grease Pencil objects!

Quick instructions:

1. Install add-on and enable it
2. Select an object
3. Go to Edit Mode
4. Select point or points (also edges and faces work)
5. Press Ctrl + Shift + C to place the origin to the median of those points.
6. ??? Profit, you saved few steps.

I love this add-on and I want to provide a place where you can download this again.

Add-on still has original authors listed. I take no credit for this.

(A friend helped me to improve the code)

I managed to update this add-on to support Grease Pencil v3 / Blender 4.3+
